I have decided to temporarily disable the blog's user registration function and clean up maliciously registered accounts (to prevent bored individuals from using registered user links to launch attacks). As for when registration will be reopened, we'll see when the need arises. In any case, there are currently no features that require a registered account to use (previously, some articles required VIP access, but now I have opened up everything except for a few sensitive contents).
