What is cultivation? To cultivate the mind, to be calm, and to control desires is cultivation.

The true meaning of spiritual practice is to realize the truth. This truth is the truth of one's nature, the truth of the great way, or the truth.

All living beings have desires, and if they indulge in them, they will sink into the vast sea of desire. Only by moderation, rationality, analysis of the true self, and understanding of the nature can we escape the shackles of the mundane world and realize our true nature.

What is an immortal? It is a person who lives in the mountains. Why do people live in the mountains? No other reason, pure and moderate. It is not that a cultivator has no desires, but that he must know how to separate the desires in his heart from the instincts of his body: I control my desires, rather than letting desires control me.

Those who control desires with man and are wise are called cultivators; those who control man with desires are beasts, demons, and no longer human.

How to deal with the "This site has encountered a fatal error" problem in WordPress
Preface I received an email today: I knew something was going to go wrong again, and sure enough: The backup site of wordpress could not use /wp-admin to log in to the backend dashboard due to the failure of the automatic upgrade plug-in, but if I did not log in to the backend and just accessed it normally, there was no problem...

However, since CF has so many free functions, it takes constant learning and practice to understand a function...
An incomplete guide to emby's advanced features
I have written relatively few articles about emby, mainly because I really don’t think there is anything worth writing about, there is no technical content, and there are a lot of introductory tutorials on the Internet. However, because I just finished the final work of the data migration after purchasing the hard disk yesterday, I am in the mood to optimize the demonstration site...

Home Data Center Series: A review of the core concepts of current Web development starting with the Ajax cross-domain issue (from a non-programmer's perspective)
Foreword: I have been reading about the knowledge points related to how to solve the Ajax cross-domain problem caused by the browser homology policy restrictions. However, when I was thinking about how to write an article to record the relevant knowledge points, I found that it was difficult to explain it clearly from an angle that is easy for ordinary people to understand, and it was even difficult to give examples. Thinking back...
It's bleeding heavily, it makes me so heartbroken!

I was forced to do it, but I really couldn't hold on any longer:

Fortunately, I used two black Synology hard drives to transfer dozens of terabytes last year, otherwise I would not have been able to endure until now.
