Today, I suddenly had my Ren and Du meridians opened up, and found the most suitable vocal state for myself. Then I realized that I had been imitating in various ways before, and never really relaxed and used my own instrument well, singing in my own style. I really wasted my time~~ From now on, every time I sing an old song, it will be like singing it for the first time. Who can understand this feeling~
There is more than one path in life. Different times, different environments, and different personal fundamentals may lead to different suitable paths. So when you feel that life is not satisfactory, that life is difficult, and that you can't find the meaning of living, you might as well look back and think calmly. Maybe in the end you will suddenly realize that you just chose a path that is not suitable for you.
The Buddhists often mention the enlightenment of the mind and the realization of one's nature. From a simple level, it can be understood as: understanding one's "true heart" and seeing one's "nature". It is very important to understand one's mind and the realization of one's nature. From a spiritual point of view, it is the starting point of spiritual practice; from a practical point of view, it is a sign that a person truly recognizes his or her own heart, truly realizes the meaning of his or her life, and initially reaches the level of "no doubt".
However, for ordinary people, it is very difficult to see the true nature of their mind and one needs to break through many obstacles.
Everyone's growing environment is different. During the growth process, their thoughts will inevitably be influenced by various aspects such as family, school, society, tradition, and culture. In the end, there is a high probability that they will find a balance point that they can accept under the influence of various aspects. This is the state that people finally become "mature" in the eyes of others from the time they come into contact with society to after going through various real-life beatings.
But is this kind of "maturity" really mature? Are these thoughts at this time what you really think deep in your heart or are they just compromises after being beaten by society? Are those innocent and simple thoughts you had at the beginning really just "innocent and simple"? With these doubts, if you continue like this for a long time, you will completely lose your true self, become numb, and eventually become a piece of duckweed that goes with the flow.
Therefore, break through the layers of confusion surrounding you and have the courage to face your true self. No matter how ugly, shameless, disgusting, or scary your true self is, that is your nature.
After recognizing your own nature, don't fight with it. Instead, make peace with it, accept it, get used to it, control it, and ultimately refine it. This is the purpose of spiritual practice.
When you understand your mind and see your nature, you will see the Tathagata.
